           Did you know that bananas can help or prevent number of conditions or illnesses.  I didn't know that by eating two bananas that it can give you enough energy for a 90- minute workout.  Bananas contain sucrose, fructose and glucose sugar and that with all three together with fiber, it gives us instant and good boost of energy.  I guess I better start eating them everyday.  The list below are conditions or illnesses that can be helped by eating bananas.

 * Depression
 * PMS, which regulates the mood
 * Anemia, because it is high in iron
 * Blood Pressure, it is high in potassium and low in salt
 * Brain Power, potassium enhances learning
 * Constipation, bananas are high in fiber
 * Heartburn, bananas are a natural antacid
 * Morning sickness, keeps blood sugar levels up
 * Nerves, bananas are high in vitamin B, which can calm nerves
 * Stress, because bananas are high in potassium, it normalizes the heartbeat and sends                oxygen to the brain and regulates our water balance
 * Strokes, if you eat bananas on a regular basis, it can cut the risk of death by stroke by                  40%
 * Smoking and Tobacco, since bananas contain B6, B12, potassium and magnesium, it can            help with the nicotine withdrawals

    These are just some of the illnesses or conditions that eating bananas can help.
